Your Cherry Blossom Tour Begins

Over the course of the last 2 weeks we had the pleasure of viewing hundreds, if not thousands of cherry blossom trees. During the course we went to several parks and took over 600 pictures. As a result it has become very difficult deciding which pictures to show you so I decided to do a brief story on each of the parks we went to, mostly just to show you some of the pictures we took at each one. As a side note you may notice varying colors of the blossoms, this is because there are over one hundred different cherry tree varieties found in Japan. A large majority of cherry trees in Japan are of the Somei Yoshino variety. They have five petals and look white with a slight hint of pink. Here are a couple pictures from various parks of Tokyo.
